Prime Social Group is breaking away from the everyday with the unexpected, yet highly anticipated, return of its Breakaway Festival. The music festival is set for Aug. 26 and 27 at the Ohio Expo Center, which features one million square feet of event space for what the managing partner calls a truly epic experience he’s proud to bring back.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to bring Breakaway Festival to an all new venue for a larger-than-life experience fans can immerse themselves in,” said Adam Lynn, co-founder of Prime Social Group.
The state of Ohio, upon post-Fest withdrawals, finally has something to look forward to this summer. Breakaway Festival, also backed by Peerless Management, will return to the Buckeye State with some game-changing additions to the second-year event. Exclusive offerings will include two days of high-energy performances, multiple stages and VIP/guest hospitality areas.
Breakaway saw upwards of 10,000 in attendance in 2013 and is known for a well-curated range of EDM and hip-hop artists which encapsulates fans in a live setting. The inaugural lineup included Bassnectar, Kendrick Lamar, Twenty One Pilots and Porter Robinson.
“This two-day festival allows us all to break away from the rigors of everyday responsibilities and enjoy an elevated experience with an expanded venue, VIP-level amenities and an incredible lineup to come,” Lynn said of the event.
