They ain’t got no type, but Rae Sremmurd definitely have chops. While their sophomore album SremmLife 2 isn’t set to release until June, the rappers are already on a club banger campaign showing off new joints over the weekend at Coachella.
The known-for “No Flex Zone” duo is based in Atlanta, a hub for all hot and young producers in the game right now, hit on every major song in their discography including “Come Get Her” (every college girls’ favorite hit-the-dance-floor song) and “No Type”. The Dirty South duo, however, took the Coachella crowd and turnt it up with unreleased music as well as their latest single “Look Alive.”
The Rae Sremmurd sound, which often illicits the vibes of an intimate, hypnotic after-hours spot, was hyped up for Coachella fans on account of several surprises. One of notice was the appearance of Jaden Smith as he bounced on stage and almost as quickly as he was spotted, disappeared.
