I’m not sure who was more savage in the Kanye West and Taylor Swift beef over Kanye’s song “Famous”…wife Kim Kardashian or the rest of the internet.  No matter if you’re Team Tay or loving the trending #KimExposedTaylorParty on Twitter, fans on both sides are hilariously ruthless with their reactions. But before we delve into the overwhelming world of hashtags, memes, and social media savages, lets back-track to the timeline of the event:

Sunday evening, Kim tweeted not-so passive aggressively about National Snake Day…

Then quickly added the importance of adding her on snap…

Kim then released a SnapChat story of a recorded phone call between husband Kanye and Taylor Swift discussing the song “Famous”, which appeared to have Taylor agreeing to be mentioned in his infamous line about having sex with her. Taylor can be heard in the video responding to Kanye’s lyric ideas, “I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice.” The videos Kim shared definitely made it seem as if Taylor had given Kanye the go ahead and creative control with his choice of explicit lyrics regarding their relationship in the music industry.

And that was when Kim Kardashian West broke the internet AGAIN with crazy fan reactions from both sides:

Someone even incorporated Pokemon Go into the shade, because nothing like jumping on one bandwagon with the inclusion of another bandwagon.

Monday, Taylor broke her silence and posted her side of the phone call:

However, even after expressing her defense and being backed up by her squad including Selena Gomez, Ruby Rose and Chloe Moretz, the world continued to poke fun at the no longer sizzlin’ TSwizzle. Australians even took the opportunity of the online roast to make a memorial mural for Taylor’s “sudden death” in 2016:

And despite the request “no tags please respect the dead”, someone couldn’t resist…

Someone even found a a novel revealing the true relationship between Taylor and Kanye on Amazon…
